Added Yarn Ply feature to Quantum

This version has a lot of great fixes.  These fixes are due to the fact that if there is a crash it emails a crash log directly to the developer so that they can work on resolving it quickly.

This version also makes the QTM file format a replacement for TPC file format.  We had some structural changes than needed a new file.  We can still open and use TPC files we just cannot save as a TPC.  QTM is our new file format.

This version also moves authentication to our new Royal Thai server.  Soon we will not use the Tai Ping servers for authentication for anything.  This is part of our separation from Tai Ping.
