Drawing Preferences have been added to the Preferences command.
Drawing Preferences now control the visibility of the brush shape when using the drawing tools.
Drawing Preferences now control how shapes are committed when using the shape tools.
Clone Stamp tool now uses stylus pressure.
Fixed a crash during Palette Matching.
Color Box needs to be manually added to installations for now

Fixed a crash caused by clicking on the Tools menu with no documents open.
File Preferences option now controls the color of index 0 in exported files.
Startup Preferences now control the default size of new documents.
Some tools can set the active color with the keyboard.
Changed the behavior of the New File dialog box and fixed the tab stop order.
Added a tool to pick colors from layers.
Changed the appearance of the Palette color icons to display correctly with some display settings.
Fixed an issue causing tool bar buttons to not show tool tips.
Changed the appearance of the Pencil tool's cursor.
Fixed an issue causing the Rectangle tool to always be drawn filled.
Fixed a crash when using the Quantized Palette option when color reducing large images.
